Sarah Cook

Sarah is a Customer Service Representative for PL Risk where she plays a vital role in supporting producers with their clients. Her responsibilities include facilitating renewals, managing new business, and maintaining strong relationships between clients and producers.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in various senior sales roles. In her previous postion as a Senior Broker Success Associate, she specialized in worker compensation policies while providing world-class business insurance experience for brokers by providing consistent customer service interaction through multiple platforms such as chat, email, and phone, to brokers to make their businesses more effective and competitive to create an amazing experience for their small business customers. Her previous experience also included working in retail, where she helped foster relationships to induce repeat business and helped manage inventory for the cosmetics brand.

She currently lives in Brooklyn and is a graduate of Stetson University with a degree in Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching reality TV and collecting miniature trinkets.
