Ornella Cheron

Assistant Vice President, Service and Operations

Ornella Cheron is the Assistant VIce President of Service and Operations. In her role with the company, she will oversee new product development and development of a new small business unit. She brings many years of industry experience to the role, including Underwriting, developing policies and procedures and opening new markets.

Prior to joining the company, Ornella was an Underwriter for Pure Insurance, developing the Jacksonville region and sustaining their presence in the state with an overall 92 percent retention rate.

Prior to that, she worked with Specialty Program Group, a division of HUB International, where she worked with underwriters, markets, and retailers in the developing a Lloyd’s Program.

In 2019, in recognition of her service, Ornella was awarded a two-week mentorship with Lloyds of London’s Underwriters

A graduate of Clayton State University, and currently licensed as a producer and Surplus Broker in several states, Ornella is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and enjoys traveling and Fantasy Dramas.
