Joan provides overall sales support and is responsible for managing compliance for all producer licensing. She also acts as our IT systems administrator, overseeing the performance and maintenance of the company’s operational/administrative tools.
Joan’s diverse skillset and friendly personality make her an excellent resource and a valued team member.
Prior to joining the company, Joan worked as an IT professional for Ernst & Young where she was responsible for the development, support and management of various financial reporting and budgeting applications.
