Carolina Diaz

Carolina Diaz is our Service Team manger for PLRisk, working with the Sales staff from behind the scenes. She came to us as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with the DKB Group where she managed new and returning clients in the commercial, and Architects and Engineer side. She also maintained relationships with her producers to support development and quality service standards. In the past she has worked as a staffing specialist and manager, helping retain and hire employees while maintaining quality performance across the company.

A graduate of Berkley College, she enjoys going to the beach and dancing. She is the proud mother of four kids and loves working with her local PTA.
