Customer Service Represntative

Amanda Major is a Customer Service representative with our PL Risk Division. She has brought over a decade of leadership and customer service experience. She joined PL Risk after spending a year with Hub International. There she assessed various risks to evaluate what the best E&O coverage for their clients, managing an 84% renewal rate among her clients with different risk mitigation strategies to improve her portfolio performance. Prior to this she worked in various insurance companies such as Allstate and Branch Insurance where her skills created a top performing sales team. Among her many achievements, she was recognized as a Face of Esurance Broker and achieved Presidents Club status several times for developing a top-rated sales team.

A Graduate of South Carolina Upstate with a Psychology Degree, she currently lives in Simpsonville, South Carolina. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in her spare time and is a fan of Wisconsin teams like the Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers.
