Rachel Coughlin is a Professional Liability Broker.  

She has been recognized as a “Top Specialist Broker” by Insurance Business America and was a speaker at the Society of Professional Business about the need for E&O and the coverage nuances important to their industry. 

Prior to joining PLRisk, Rachel was a Senior Account Executive with Capitol Special Risks, a division of Specialty Program Group. For more than a decade she supported retail partners in obtaining professional and management liability, along with cyber, privacy and network security coverage. She developed expertise in negotiating coverage enhancements with underwriters. 

Rachel has achieved the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.
